9. ORDERING & BILLING
All orders are billed in USD. Oasis reserves the right to change prices, discontinue products, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Subscriptions: If you sign up for a recurring plan, you authorize regular charges until canceled. You may manage or cancel via your account.

By using our Services, you consent to data processing in the U.S. and other countries.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a dispute arises, please contact us first. If unresolved, both parties agree to binding arbitration via JAMS, located in Austin, Texas, or virtually. No class actions or jury trials allowed. You may opt out within 30 days by emailing Lewis@oasispouches.co

16. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS
We may change or discontinue Services without notice. You may stop using them anytime.

17. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in effect

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms represent the full agreement between you and Oasis Chill Pouches.
