How your subscription works
When you enroll in an Oasis Pouches subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method every 4 weeks and ship your selected products until you cancel.
Subscriptions are designed to ensure you never run out of your favorite Oasis products.
The price shown at checkout is the price you’ll be charged on each renewal. If we ever change subscription pricing, we’ll let you know by email before your next charge at the new price.
No commitment
There’s no minimum number of orders. You can cancel at any time, including after your first order.
Managing your subscription
You can manage your subscription anytime from your account: Oasis Customer Portal.
From there you can:
- Delay or skip an upcoming delivery
- Swap flavors
- Change your delivery frequency
- Update your payment method and shipping address
- Cancel your subscription
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time in either of two ways:
- Online: log in to your account at Oasis Portal and select “Cancel subscription.”
- By email: contact us at support@oasispouches.co and we’ll cancel it for you.
To avoid being charged for your next order, please cancel before your next renewal date, which is shown in your account.
Cancelling stops all future charges. It doesn’t affect an order that has already been charged or shipped.
